2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom and United States.
3. Where do deliver, and how long will delivery take?
Currently we only ship to the UK and USA. Delivery generally takes c.10 days for the UK and c. 15 days for the USA.
4. Will I be able to track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can keep an eye on your package’s journey.
5. What is your return policy?
We want you and your pup to love every item! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days, as long as the item is in its original, unworn condition with tags and packaging. Visit our Return Policy page for full details.

7. Do you ship outside the UK and USA?
Not yet, sorry! We currently do not ship outside of the UK and USA.

Possibly, but we do not expect any customs fees or duties. Customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
